Replacing Guitar Tuner Help?

Hey,
I’m replacing the Machine heads on my Jackson JS30RR guitar, and i have looked at the Sperzel 3+3 Trim-lok Tuners. before i go any farther, if I bought these, would they be ready to just be put on and then tuned up, or on the Jackson neck would I have to drill, I’ve heard people say they have had to drill on their Ibanez’s or Les Paul’s, but I’d rather not want to do any drilling to not cause any damage, (this guitar is not that good, but it has Sentimental value)
NOTE! not the 3+3 tuners, i looked at the wrong style, the 6-in-line tuners is what i mean it says its used with guitars with tremelo systems, can they be used even without a Tremelo system?
